Eclipsed

The ultimate motif is satisfaction vs. longing.

When interference gets in between these seemingly dual human drives, life gets weird.

Today, snow got between desert and destiny. Between comfort and distance. Across a stretch of gorgeously enthralled continental bounds. Between my front door and car. Between New York and Phoenix. The snow won this round. I'll take on the desert any other day.

Cold snow is alot like hot sand.

Hell, this week, earth got in between the moon and the sun. If you looked up from North America, you would have seen a red moon eclipsed by earth's shadow. If you were on the moon, you'd have been blessed with a view like this.

Why is the diameter and distance of our planet, star and moon alignment so proportionally perfect? Does that seem weird to anyone else than me?

Coincidence?

Snow melts.

Earth turns.

Weather warms.

Climate cools.

Hope happens.

Right?
